View Full Version : My elbow

I was rock solid. Gradually my elbow started to hurt. Stopped my
workouts. 2 doctors said ligament tears. Thirds said nonsense, it's my
ulner nerve.
I decided rest was the best course of action. No improvement.
Nothing definitive on MRI or EMJ

I went from fit to flabby.

Any great elbow specialists worth seeing?

How long have you rested? If it's connective tissue, rest can take a long
time.

How come you're flabby? There are plenty of things you can do that don't
require an elbow. Granted, you have to be creative, but that's no excuse to
get flabby.

Only thing an 'elbow specialist' is going to do is suggest a cortisone shot.
Don't do it.

not a doc,

saw a guy doing several smooth one-legged squats the other day
