I have been checking into this group and getting lots of good
information
and some good training ideas. Instead of just lowering portions I want
to try lowering my daily carb intake. Does anyone have any good web
sites on low carb & sites that list portions and types of food with
carbs? The sites I have searched out have not been productive. I know
potatoes , rice , and breads are no no's but what else is included. I
have started looking at labels and am shocked that my Shredded Wheat and
Cherrio's are loaded with carbs.
Also I am Hypoglycemic. I rarely have any problems with it but are there
any considerations I should look at when going low carb?
