As I may have mentioned, I'm fooling around with Pete Sisco's static
contractions toward the end of ramping up my miserable bench press.
My understanding is that if you were at a bench, and had some spotters, they
would load the effing bejeezus out of the bar, so all's you do was just lift
it...

I looked into that thing a bit. It's not 4 minutes a day! What it
is,.is four minutes ten times a day !! So! 40 minutes of workout on it.
I would think that would be even harder for most folks,..set aside 4
minutes,.10 times p/day?

In this group, what is the general consensus as to;...what are high
reps? in terms of number. 10-20-50? & conversely what are low reps in
terms of number?..8-5-1?
Haven't seem him in sometime but, used to know a guy that lifted two
sets,of two different movements per body part,2reps then one....
