Default plantar faciitis again..

Just got over this after 6 months pain...I now need to buy a decent pair
of shoes/boots/trainers that will support the instep..
I know from my last post quite a few on the group have suffered in
the past so any footwear tips appreciated...At the moment wearing
cross-country trainers and on occasions Keens sandals
