Hi Keiron.
Myself Maria from United States,Just read the query you post along with your comments. I had read all the details about your physical build up and would like to suggest you to start doing exercise with some normal stretching exercise. You can do pushups as well as squats on the regularly, everyday, but need to do in some set. After doing completing your workout you also need to do stretching to cool down your body.
