Mmmmm my rain-soaked cloudly-day freaked brain could use some of that nice
open *dry* scenery about now. Well you've gained a secret admirer Teresa -
oops I guess not so secret anymore.

Great shots and a beautiful place to run. But where is the soaking
wet jersey? Oh, that must be a Mississippi thing.

Frank

Well, I think the humidity right now is about 10%! The only time I
have a soaking wet jersey is July & Aug during our "monsoons",
when the humidity goes up. It's a desert thing! ;-)

Hehee, well come on down if you get a chance! Though sometimes I do
long for a little more rain here. It's reeeeally dry right now. Going
through the moisturizer and lip balm by the buckets!

Teresa,

Nice shots. Also enjoyed those of rms.

Just stopped by to say hello. Been awhile.

San Diego Marathon Clinic turns 33 this next Sunday.

Still playing with mindfulness.com.

Attended the Pose Western Conference organized by Michael Collins up in
Irvine over the Easter Weekend.

Appreciated Nicholas' perspective and my years on rec.running with all
the dialogue about ball/heel are even more meaningful after
understanding that Pose talks about shifting body weight and keeping
the support under and slightly behind the falling forward body.

Think I finally understand the Pull/Pose concept. Have been playing
with cadences of 180 to 220. Slow running and just playing with the
cadence.

Anyway: Hello, I must be going
I came to say, I cannot stay.
Hello, I must be going.

In health, friendship and on the run,

Greetings Randy,

Nice to hear from you. Yep, still at 8 am on Sundays. This week is our
33rd year of the San Diego Marathon Clinic. Tad Kostrubala, now living
and retired in Florida has a site up: www.kostrubala.com

Did you see the article in the NYTimes on Walking therapy:
http://mindfulness.com/blog/mindful-running/?p=38

Have been playing with Pose after the Pose Conference. My base cadence
is 180 and play with that up to 220.

Off to watch a video.

All the best and look forward to seeing you in May.

In health and on the run,

Ozzie Gontang

Hey Ozzie!! Randy here.
It's been a while since we've been back to San Diego. We bought a house
north of Tucson last year. We should get back to SD for a week or two
in May. I'll try to get to DeAnza cove. Still 8am Sundays?
