Default Mountain climbing is harder than running

I just went on hike up mountain. 3.5 hrs to the top. ten times harder
than running. once my tendinitis in my leg is cured, I will be winning
some races. i have great cardio from mountain climbing. i feel sorry
for people who think 40 minutes of running is exercise.

Allow me to point out why you are a pathetic GAY numbnutz.

****, you couldn't win the race "up n down the pillow case".

Any dork who thinks 40 minutes of running is enough, is NOT a long
distance runner, nor barely a jogger. Any real runner knows that a
minimum of one hour per day is required for proper fitness.
You are still at "**** level".

Unfortunately in this case, what went up did come down.

Nearly everyone in this forum would find your pace too easy. Try actually
running instead of staggering around like a drunk.

Tendonitis is usually from spending too much time "on your elbows and
knees", if you get my drift...

You ignorant fag! You can get that from walking, like a wuss, as you
have done.
