Default Supplement Advice

The whey powder sounds like the most sensible thing to try first. Not
really sure how much I need if I already eat a fair amount of meat.

Try this;

Blend .5 liter non-fat milk with a small cup, about 150cc of *whole* milk
powder. The kind they give to children.
Throw in a large banana, and add several scoops of Whey.

Repeat 4 times a day.

Add a generic Multi Vit/Min tab, and the right amount of Creatine.

Eat eggs, fish and steak every day. (not all 3, 2 out of 3 is fine)

There, i just gave ALL i know about nutrition. Good luck!
