43 miles in 6 days. Decide to ride they bike after the 3 Masses on the
7th day, I had to preach Sunday so rode 32 miles. It was about 27
degrees and my right foot was frozen in the end, it seems as I tried to
get into the hot shower. Pain in the foot rubbed the puppy and it
finally came around but I was a bit worried frost bite seem to be happening.

Moral of the story is running can usually keep you warm but the bike
will freeze your feet off.

They make "booties" that go over your shoes just for this. You may want
to check at your local bike store while you still have ten toes.
